Most surgical procedures can be performed with the laser to minimize your pets post surgical discomfort. Surgeries are scheduled Monday thru Friday. Below you will find a link to a Surgery Admission Form and general information. Pages 1 and 2 are purely for your information about the benefits of laser surgery and home care instructions after the surgery. Pages 2 and 3 need to be printed out, read, signed, and brought to the office the day of your pet's surgery.

Page 3: Pre Anesthesia Blood work is to ensure the safety of your pet while under anesthesia. This allows us to confirm that your pet's internal organs are working at full capacity.

Page 4: Authorization for anesthesia and treatment. Please check the procedures that you want your pet to have. This form also lists other services that may be needed later on for your pet. Doing these services at this time will reduce the number of times your pet has to go under anesthesia.

Surgery Admission Form It is important to withhold food the night before the surgery. Please do not feed your pet after 9PM. However, do not withhold water. Your pet can drink water until the morning of the surgery. Please drop your pet off between 7:30 to 9:00AM the day of the surgery.
